how we helped a pain relief device brand grow email revenue 3.5x while the store tripled
Artuvate makes at-home relief for neck and back pain. Its hero product, FisioRest, is built for 15 minutes a day at home, and every order comes with a 365-day Results or Refund guarantee.
In a year, Artuvate's daily orders almost quadrupled. When a store grows that fast, email usually falls behind. Artuvate needed emails that kept turning new buyers into sales without reading like a mass mailing.

when thousands of people join every week, each email still has to feel written for one of them
Artuvate's customers are mostly desk workers in their 30s, 40s and 50s with a stiff, sore neck. Many have already spent years on painkillers and chiropractor visits, and they are wary of anything sold online as a quick fix.
Someone who just bought a FisioRest needs different emails from someone still deciding, so we split the journeys. A shopper who leaves a cart or checkout gets reminders that depend on whether they have bought before and which product they were looking at. That kept the emails relevant as the store grew.

campaigns that answer real questions, then sell.
We send Artuvate campaigns most days. Between the big sales, the emails answer what people ask before they buy, like whether FisioRest needs to be plugged in. FisioTravel, the portable option, gets its own emails for flights and road trips.
Those emails pull their weight. "Hour 6 of the road trip hits different", a FisioTravel email, was opened by 49.4% of the people who got it. "Why FisioRest has a cord" earned more than the Labor Day sale launch, and on the last day of Prime Big Deal Days, "Prices reset at midnight" was the biggest send of the season.
campaign revenue grew 4.5 times, faster than the store.
Comparing the same 3 months a year apart, Artuvate's campaign revenue grew about 4.5 times.
The store grew 3.3 times over the same year, so campaigns grew faster than the business around them. The best question-and-answer emails now make close to what a sale day email makes.

email held its share of revenue while orders almost quadrupled.
A year ago, email made 18.7% of Artuvate's store revenue. Over the same months this year, it made 19.5%.
Over that year, orders almost quadrupled. Email grew 3.5 times and kept its share at about 19% while the store tripled.

Some questions we get often.
We help eCommerce brands grow repeat revenue. That means building out your full retention strategy - email, SMS, WhatsApp, and more - so you can convert more customers, increase LTV, and reduce reliance on paid ads.
Not even close. We’re a full CRM and retention partner. Email is the foundation, but we also optimize your tech stack, fix broken data flows, scale SMS, improve tracking, and design customer journeys across every touchpoint.
We don’t do templates or “30% email revenue” vanity metrics. Every strategy is built from scratch based on your business model, goals, margins, and customer behavior. And everything is done in-house - no juniors, no outsourcing.
You work directly with senior strategists who have built and scaled brands - not junior account managers. From strategy to execution, we stay hands-on.
We're a Klaviyo-certified email marketing agency - we build everything natively in the platform, though we're no strangers to the wider CRM ecosystem when the brief calls for it.
If you’re a DTC brand doing over $2M/year and care about retention, LTV, and owned growth - you’re in the right place. Especially if you’re tired of generic playbooks and want a partner who actually gets under the hood.
Absolutely! Our free audit reveals exactly where your setup has gaps, and what we’d do to fix it. There’s no pressure to work together right away. You’re welcome to take the insights and run with them. When you're ready to work together, we’ll be here.
